There are issues with flash and splash content if you are going for SEO. So it is better to use HTML 5 or flash header for your websites to make it SEO friendly.

It is very difficult to optimize the Flash site and we cannot optimize these Sites to the 100%. Great tips given here in order to optimize the Flash Site.
